Hi All,

Totally new to all this. The raw thing is going ok for me so far, but its been

warm so far. I was thinking the other day what Im going to do come winter. I

live in old and drafty house in a cold climate, and hot food in the winter can

be pretty nice. Does anyone else here live where it gets very cold in the

winter? Do you eat the same things you do in summer? Im not sure about eating

cold veggies in winter when you can see your breath in my bedroom. Lol, any

hints would be appreciated. Thanks,

Sky.

HI Sky,

You can make a yummy raw soup and warm it up, just don't get it too hot,

I've heard that if you can still stick your finger into it comfortably it is

ok, I have no idea what temperature that would be though, you might want to

experiment with a thermometer to make sure you aren't getting it too hot. I

found that using heating pads and exercising more helped me a great deal

last winter.

Best to you,

Audrey
