Guest guest Posted August 25, 2006 Report Share Posted August 25, 2006 I find it interesting that so many sources say that the only way to get B12 is in animal protien, which in fact is completely untrue. Look at seaweed for example this is 17% b12 like dulse for example..... Also bacteria produces b12 and once the colon is cleaned out it can also produce b12.
