One tomato, diced One cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced Handful of parsley, chopped Dressing: 2 T raw tahini Lemon juice, enough to thin the tahini to your preferred consistency Celtic salt, to taste Mix dressing into salad and let marinate for a couple of hours.
