Guest guest
Okay Elchanan for me on a raw diet you are saying cut out all spices and such for how long. Rmemeber I am in a house of 6 others on SAD some of my childern are leaning my way , but still in a change, and honestly I would rather in this transition use the spices than to go back to SAD through tempting samples here and there. As far as the rest of the family are the cleanses recommended safe for kids? Mine range from 5-20 in age. Thank You all dso very much for all your help! Guest guest
Spices, salt, garlic, onions, etc. - Has anyone tried energy testing to see if/what spices their body will welcome? Does anyone recommend it? Melanie
Guest guest
Has anyone done a body cleanse? I am interested in doing it, but not sure what to do, or even if I need to buy a product for it. Sorry if this is an inappropriate post, but I thought read a few months ago about some people doing it.

Guest guest
I have always used Arise and Shine. If you want to find out more about cleansing and the proper way to do it, read " Cleanse and Purify Thyself: Book 1 & Book 2 " , by Dr. Richard Anderson. He has a site that contains some information: www.cleanse.net This book is only about $14 and it is a great reference. I have looked at it about once a week for the last three years. Always start with an intestinal cleanse and build from there. You can call Arise and Shine for more information too, they have health coaches available to answer questions. They may even be able to put you in touch with a physician in your area that knows about the cleanse. His products can be ordered at: www.ariseandshine.com Stay away from the Master Cleanse. One of the members was going to post information from a medical and nutritional perspective about why he would never do that cleanse again...but I think he may have left the group before he had a chance. Good luck! lala dcbella76 <colleen.grant wrote: Has anyone done a body cleanse? I am interested in doing it, but not sure what to do, or even if I need to buy a product for it. Guest guest
Hi Colleen, Eating a simple diet of fresh fruits and tender greens (lettuces) with no salt, spices, oils, or seasonings is very " cleansing " in a natural gentle way. All the best, Audrey www.rawhealing.com > " dcbella76 " <colleen.grant >rawfood >rawfood >[Raw Food] cleanse >Mon, 28 Aug 2006 00:00:49 -0000 > >Has anyone done a body cleanse? In the list files at the list website: rawfood you will find a FOLDER entitled DETOXING, FASTING & FLUSHES I daresay you will find the information you are looking for there: this topic has been discussed often, so there is quite a bit of information.
