Guest guest
Fresh raw almond or sesame milks? They are both high in calcium especially sesame. Instructions: Look under " Drinks/Smoothies/Shakes " http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/RawRecipes.htm I sweeten mine with agave nectar or dates. Also almond butter and sesame seed butter (tahini) on apples, carrots or bananas or any fruit she wants! She could mash it up or blend it up together if that helps! another option is making green smoothies (banana, apple and kale with water) Or any fruit and greens you want! Greens are high in minerals although I'm not sure which ones are especially high in calcium. You could check on nutridiary.com and get an analysis though! Hope this helps Denise Thomas rawfood , " Judy Cozza " <judycozza wrote: > > My daughter has a one year old. > She wants to feed her raw. > She wasn't able to nurse but she is weaned from the bottle > and eating tons of watermelon, bananas, and fresh juices. > > She wants to know - what does she feed her to get enough calcium for her > bones. > Of course the doctor wants her on milk but my daughter said NO. > > Who has experience with this? > > The baby does not have her molars so can't eat anything hard. > > Thanks for your help. > Judy in Phx > > >
