Guest guest
Nut milks are very high in fats and very popular with my kids and all their friends, even their cooked food friends who turn their noses up at all the other raw food I serve! Almond milk can be made ahead and will keep about 2 days in the fridge. I sweetened mine with agave nectar or dates. You can add fruit to make smoothies or just add cinnamon, vanilla, carob etc... It is delicious plain too, but these are ideas for variety. If you need instructions on making it, check out the website www.fromsadtoraw.com Good luck!
