I can't help sending this since several posts on the

last digest came through requesting that we offer help

to those asking, but to avoid offering conversion to a

specific format of raw. Right after reading those

posts, the following appeared on another group list.

It just seemed TOO coincidental and very appropos to

the discussion. Here it is:

" Choose what feels good to you and leave everybody

else to choose what they want.

Don't spend any time saying, " They should choose

differently and

they'd feel better. " Instead say, " They're choosing

whatever they're

choosing; I'm choosing what I'm choosing, and I'm

feeling good while

I'm choosing it. "

And let that be the end of it.

Be certain that you are connected to your Source

Energy, and let

everybody else figure it out for themselves.

Some of them will adore you, some of them will hate

you -- and none of it has anything to do with you. "

AND, they were NOT really talking about feeling good

in a physical way as we often think about. That quote

is referencing a " feeling good " that has more to do

with your own personal emotions than feeling good

after a meal.

Thank you Melanie. I was thinking about leaving this list. I have no problem

with what other people eat, even when I feel it is a wrong choice for me.

Live and let live.

Im just here to enlighten myself about the choices I have, not to be

lectured about what Im doing wrong. I want to be healthy in mind and spirit,

bashing others wont give me that balance.

I guess I would frame it a little differently: let others choose, and

don't judge their choices, but do use discernment and educate

yourself as much as possible. And if you should have good, useful

information or experience, do share it with others in a spirit of

friendly sharing.

And (sorry if this goes a little off-topic) when it comes to not

judging or criticizing the choices made by others, Abraham-Hicks

sounds okay until one applies it globally to vitally important real-

world situations involving things that affect whole societies like

the waging of unjust wars, massive government corruption and fraud,

oppression of the masses by dictators, willful contamination and

genetic modication of food supplies, malfeasance by corporate

fascists against workers, etc., and then it's no longer viable and

amounts to just plain old new age blame being applied to victims

where strong spiritual activism to right wrongs is the order of the

day.
