Guest guest Posted September 10, 2006 Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 Hello my name is Karen I am 27 and have PCOS and I have heard that eating raw can help your body to reverse a great deal of health problems. But I was wondering if anyone knows of any sort of fruits or veggies or anything else raw that could help balance hormones? Like testosterone? My docs have told me to lose weight but I have having a hard time of doing that and I am at about 50% raw right now? What other food may help? I hope it is okay to ask?
