Easy Almond-Raisin snack

I invented this just this morning when I was trying to think

of something to pack in my lunch box that would be fun to eat.

Raisins?

Almonds?

Raisins and almonds?

Ah, but I am too lazy to chew a whole almond.

I put a cup of raisins and a cup of almonds in my food processor

and processed until the almonds were small bits.

Then I took the mix out of the food processor by spoonfuls and

pressed each spoonful into a ball.

I put the balls into a plastic bag and took them to work. The balls

got a little harder, so they weren't so sticky, and the combination of

the sweet raisins with the protein and fat in the almonds made a very

satisfying snack. Great fingerfood, candy sized, and raw and good for you!
