Guest guest
9/19 They are about 6,000 Americans over the age of 100. What works for them is a certain " cluster of life - long habits. " Among these life-extension habits, Life-long exercise is paramount! Long living people are active people, but they do not work to exhaustion, and they're not addicted to athletic competition. What most of them do is walking. If I could convince everyone in America to walk an hour everyday, out-of-doors, the average lifespan would immediately surge upward. The problem is that when people get old they often have arthritis and have great difficulty walking. I do volunteer work with the elderly many of the people I see are unable to walk. But I do have a client who is 96 yrs. of age. Some of the others are 82-85 yrs. of age. The population is growing older now than ever before in history. jeannette -- > > > Version: 7.1.405 / Virus Database: 268.11.7/436 - Release Date: 9/1/2006 > > > > >
