Powdered greens -- are they necessary??

Hello, I was inspired to look for a raw food support group by Dr.

Robert Young's " Ph Miracle for Weight Loss " book He advocates using

powdered greens -- but I wonder if y'all agreed?? The powders are

very expensive -- and I'd just as soon eat food! Perhaps you would

suggest I read someone else's book?

Thanks in advance.

HI MB

I have read his book. Some of his info si right on and some is a big on the

foggy side. Also, the " book " is a big commercial for his MLM to sell you his

products.

Do what works for you, books are fine but your intuition is always your best

guide.

You're correct about the powdered greens - expensive and not needed.

suggest Doug Graham's book, 80/10/10 when it comes out.

In the interim, suggest aiming for :

" whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic or better, fruits and shoots " (tender

young greens)

best,

Bob
