Guest guest
I've noticed stretch marks where there were none, is there anything that can help with this. I do chest exercise but i'm top heavy and as i am losing i'm seeing more of these marks. I appreciate any help if you've had this happen or not. Thanks Shirley
Guest guest
Hi There! In regard to losing fat in the breast area, the breast consists mostly of fatty tissue, so whenever weight loss is present, that seems to be the area that loses it first. Also, when beginning a raw food journey, the body has to lose unwanted fats, toxins, etc... and once it finds it's perfect weight and balance, the body will normalize itself. This happens to everyone and those that actually stick it out fully will see this transformation. Most freak out about the weight and then never continue on the journey. I have been raw for nearly 7 years, so I have seen this in my self. Also, since I too am a woman, that DEFINITELY bothered me!!!!! Blessings on your journey!! Guest guest
Dang! Wonder why that never happens to me! I WISH I would lose in the breast area. My bras still fit at 145 the same as they fit at 185! When I was in college and weighed 120 I wore a 32DD and now I wear a 38DD and have for the last 25 years. The difference between 32 & 38 is actual ribcage size, not breast size. Go figure, where I want to lose I don't; where I don't need to, I do. The behind area is totally gone! Guest guest
Thanks so much for the information. I was really concerned about this and didn't know if anyone else would understand what i am going through. I'm around 90% raw and don't intend to go back to eating less than that. When i was in high school i was very thin and wanted to gain weight so i started drink weight gaining products and yes, they worked but now it's like my fat cells are refusing to be emptied. I do exercise each day and eat smal meals but is there any advice you all can give me to see more progress? I love eating this way, food never tasted so good. Guest guest
I nursed my two boys, the first time they got bigger, and the second time one got smaller and the other stayed the same. I wish they both had gotten smaller, now I'm lopsided. If I am blind and I notice it you know everyone else probably does.
