Guest guest
I just read an article from Living Nutrition Volume 16, 2004 page 20 that David Klein wrote about a sweet low-fat fruit diet for healing. It is very brief. Can someone guide me to a detailed website about specifics. For instance, how long would be a good time to stay on it? Would oranges and pineapple be considered sweet? They are sweet and acidic fruits, aren't they? For this healing diet can acidic fruits be good? I know lemons are acidic outside the body and alkaline inside, but I don't think they are sweet. Anyway I just need more info by any authority on the subject please, thanks. Minnie
Guest guest
Hi Minnie, For information on the high-fruit, low-fat raw vegan diet, the Living Nutrition web site www.livingnutrition.com is very good and Dr. Doug Graham is a leader in educating people on this type of diet. His site is www.foodnsport.com and he has a new book coming out called something like " The 80-10-10 Diet. " The discussion board he posts on is www.vegsource.com, too. Nora Lenz also follows this diet and has a lot of good information on her site www.rawschool.com and her discussion board by the same name. Best wishes, Laurie rawfood , " minnie9090 " <minnie9090 wrote: > > I just read an article from Living Nutrition Volume 16, 2004 page 20 > that David Klein wrote about a sweet low-fat fruit diet for healing.
