Guest guest
Kim Kline: I agree that everyone's path is different... Finding what works for us is the key. Retaining weight has many components spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical. After years of uncovering nutritional truth I have come to believe that fat cells and fatty tissue as protection. The body creates and stores (fat soluble) toxins in fat cells and tissue and keeps them there until we create the conditions that allow the body to release them into the blood stream and remove them from the body. Until this happens the body NEEDS to retain that protective fat. That is my two cents and perspective. Drinking more water will help remove water soluble toxins if the water contains fewer toxins than the blood or will add a toxic load to the body if the water contains a higher concentration of toxins etc. Bill in Vancouver WA Releasing Weight ? Posted by: " Kim Kline " kskline1001 kskline1001 Sun Oct 8, 2006 6:56 am (PST) Taking into account what Elchanan posting this morning about reading various materials by various authors, I agree. But I read this last night and just had to ask. I was at the rawfoodbootcamp web-site and the owner was explaining a couple of different program. Under the Ultimate Boot Camp she had this to say: " This is a 10% fat raw program modeled after Douglas Grahams 8:1:1 program (80% carbs, 10% protein, 10% fat). The difference for us is that we only eat the lower glycemic index fruits. This is a simple raw program which means no recipes except for salad dressing.
