I forgot to add that the drastic measures mandated by the Codex Committee are

scheduled to become binding upon the U.S. on Dec. 31st, 2009, which is not all

that far away, given that 2007 is fast approaching. We've got a window of about

2 years to get moving to work with those who are presenting a more positive and

sane food-based approach to world health and nutrition. Here is a great link
