Introducing myself

Hello group!

 

I joined yesterday, so I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Judea, and

I'm totally new to the raw food lifestyle. I've been doing a lot of

reasearch, and it sounds like exactly what I'm looking for! I'm so

tired of these diets everyone tries, but never sticks to. We're

(obbsessivly dieting Americans that is) obviously doing something

wrong because people are just getting fatter, and fatter, and sicker,

and sicker.

 

I'm on day 2 of a fast right now. I've been reading Natalia Rose's

book during my fast, and it's got me really excited to start (hell,

I'd be really excited to be eating ANYTHING right now).

 

Seeing as how I'm a total newbie, please be patient with my endless

barrage of questions. The main confusion for me right now is food

combining, and how long you have to wait in between meals. I know

it's a process, so I'm just going to take it slow and do lots of

research until I get the hang of it. I don't expect to be mastering

this overnight. I just want to start and continue making progress.
