Guest guest
Hi, Mary Jo! Yea, that your husband is going in the right direction! I eat greens, spinach, lettuce, whatever doesn't have the decency to stay out of my way. The few problems there have been with greens is so overblown it could be comical if it weren't so tragic. There are many more people who sicken and die because of eating tainted meat but that is so common it doesn't make the news unless there is a massive outbreak. I'd say, stick with the good raw foods. Were you raw with the other pregnancies? I've heard that the way you eat can make all the difference. I don't know for sure because I was vegetarian SAD with all of mine. Plus I'm 62 so I don't think I'll be trying again... Good luck!
