Guest guest Posted October 21, 2006 Report Share Posted October 21, 2006 Hi Everyone, I'm Elizabeth, and I am new to the group and to Raw Food. I live in NC with DH and 4 DK. I haven't really even started raw fooding yet (though I did go buy a juicer last night). I have several books from the library that I am reading as well as sites on the web. There seems to be a wide range of opinions about how much raw you need to eat, but I imagine 50-50% would be a good place to start. Are all of you 100% raw? Or are there those out there who are satisfied with a lesser percentage? What are some of your favorite raw books/cookbooks? I have other questions, but I'll save them for another post.
