Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I've been just been on raw 2 months and it has dramatically reduced my symptoms. I used to have a headache or stomach ache almost every day. On the raw diet I have whole days with no symptoms but I sense that I may have 'material' in there that is still negatively impacting my health. For example if were to eat cooked food right now, the symptoms would return, even decent cooked food. I like being raw and for the first 2 months I've been totally raw.....but now with winter approaching, it feels like my body wants some warm and cooked food in the evening. I read Natalia Rose's book (and others) which suggest to eat a cooked meal of mostly steamed veggies (plus raw salad etc) in the evening. But I wondered if anyone has knowledge or experience with this? I'm a bit afraid to get the symptoms again if I don't know what I'm doing! Thanks, Annie
