Guest guest
10/28 The raw food diet is the ideal; and for those who are able and willing to adhere to it, they have my applause and admiration. Cooking certainly does have some negative effects upon the quality of foods that cannot be avoided. Nevertheless, including some “conservatively cooked food” in the diet is still compatible with maintaining good health – and we need not be overly concerned with it. My wish is not to convince people to eat cooked food, but were rather, to convince them not to feel a great deal of guilt, remorse, or concern about it, if they do.
