Nice raw food recipe ebook-new to the group

I'm new to this group and it seems like a good group. this is my first

post and I have a question and something for someone to do if they

will. I have down loaded this free ebook and can't seem to be able to

open it. Can someone tell me how or send or even post the recipes. I

did get the pictures at least some of them but can't open it even when

im on line.

 

I have been on the raw diet only 3 weeks and the rest of my family

does not want to so it is hard. I went off a little today and ate

salad with cheese and had a few pices of candy, I gave in to the all

the names, I know I should not have but I'm still not strong with it

yet but I'm going to get that way. The one thing I do know I feel

better when I'm on it. As I get more recipes that will help. I want to

look the group site over and see what links and other things I can

find.
