Guest guest
We generally only soak our almonds overnight or maybe 4 - 6 hours during the day on the counter. Then we rinse and put them on mesh trays in the dehydrator. I don't like soggy nuts. If something has black dots on it, I wouldn't eat them. How long have they been soaking? And where were they soaking? What's the temperature in that area? Shari
Guest guest
You can refrgerate them after you soak nuts and seeds, but use them in a few days. What I like to do is to soake my seeds and nuts and then dry them at 100 degrees until they are dry, that way they will be ready to use when you want them but they have a longer shelf life than just soaking.
