Shazzie has an interesting salt-free recipe -- I forget what the exact name of the book is, and no one has felt like putting it in the list database.. the book name is something like " The Complete Book on Raw Foods " , but I am not willing to commit to that title, and I am not willing, at this point to get up and go to the kitchen and get it (sorry... copyright complaint problems... maybe someone will tell me that I can get out of my seat and work harder, but I don't feel like it right now) I think that maybe a book by someone whose name is Gabrielmight have a sauerkraut recipe, and I know that a book by someone who was involved in the raw food movement from the 70s has a sauerkraut recipe, but I just don't feel that I can share that information right now -- copyright issues, you know.
