any easy candida cures? (Spirokete?)

I would love to find out more about this product, but when I put it into

Nature's Sunshine search engine nothing comes up. Is it spelled correctly

Hi,

I am new to the list but there are some easy time tested methods for

curing candida, the first if cut the sugar even fruit for a week or so

and the second is add one cup of plain unflavored yogurt to your bath

water (half a tub full of water) depending on how bad you have candida

it may sting. Rinsing with yogurt and water douche helps as well. Raw

cider vinigar douches or baths help as well. Skip intercourse untill

all cleared up or have your spouse do the same treatment because they

could have canidida and be returning it to you. These are the methods

my grandmother taught me and her mother taught her. At 36 yrs old and

only being on the raw diet two weeks, having formorly been a sugar

junkie, I have had 4 candida episodes and each time caused by

antibiotics. I hope this helps.

Hi Paula,

I'm sorry spirokete is for lymes not candida. It is a product from Kroeger

Herb.
