" I have uploaded a chart to the raw groups website that we use that institute. Hi Elizabeth, Earlier in my transition, I didn't like greens in my fruit smoothies. I also liked my smoothies sweeter, always added dates. Now, after a couple years, I tried it again and like romaine lettuce or spinach in with my bananas and berries or mangoes (plus water). I don't tend to use dates anymore, either. Although now I think I'll try them again-- it sounds good right now to add them!
