We have gotten into looking at smoothies " Greens Delivery Vehicles. "

I have uploaded a chart to the raw groups website that we use that

institute.

One large Green smoothie can be the delivery vehicle for getting half a

pound of greens into the body and since its blended it is very digestible.

Hi Elizabeth,

Earlier in my transition, I didn't like greens in my fruit smoothies.

I also liked my smoothies sweeter, always added dates. Now, after a

couple years, I tried it again and like romaine lettuce or spinach in

with my bananas and berries or mangoes (plus water). I don't tend to

use dates anymore, either. Although now I think I'll try them again--

it sounds good right now to add them!
