Seasonal Affect Disorder, for those who are affected by the change of seasons

and shorter days of sunlight, ergo basically more prone to rather increasing

periods of blue over the winter months.

Oops, sorry! I must've just automatically assumed the reference was to

" seasonal affect disorder " as it hadn't yet occured to me that it may have been

" standard american diet " instead.

 

Again, sorry for the confusion ----

I believe it is standard American Diet.

Carol Ann, there are others who have already cleared this up but I

wanted to tell you that I like your acronym better! It's far more

descriptive and could apply to the world at large and not just

Americans. It might be more accurate, too.
