Guest guest
Hello everyone. I had been eating raw for about 7 months, then went off it (dont ask me why????--I regret it now...sigh) So I am trying to get back on track again and have been told that I may have a very high build up of candida. SO what do I do? Is there a cleanse that works well for this? A supplement? Any advice would be helpful.....I searched it on the net and every site says their product is the best and none of the other ones work...blah blah blah. same old hype. I know some of you have a lot of experience in nutrition and the human body and NATURAL fixes etc, so I would rather hear from you any recomendations.... Thanks in advance! Guest guest
Hi there, Maybe others will answer, but you might also try searching the archives on this topic (candida/candidiasis). We had a thread on this a few days or a week ago. Best wishes, Laurie
Guest guest
The 80-10-10 diet is good for healing candida. There is FAQ on Dr Doug's website, foodnsport.
Guest guest
Hi Bryan, Don't want to be a contrarion, but I've read of a lot of people having quite a bit of trouble with candida on the 80-10-10 diet. At the very least, if someone already has candida, I'd urge them not to have a lot of sweet fruits-- bananas in particular-- on the 80-10-10 until they're healed. Cheap Talk?
