Guest guest
What is arugula? Is it veg or fruit? I found it in a soup recipe. Never since it in the store. Theresa \o/
Guest guest
It is a very strong tasting green leafy green. Victoria Boutenko has made a totally seperate category for greens. They are not veg nor are they fruit, they are greens. Arugula is one of my favorites. I have bunch in the fridge right now and I add a few leaves to my salad everyday and I've been know to throw a few leaves in my green smoothies. If and when you find it, taste a bit before buying a lot. Like I said, it is quite a flavorful, almost spicy green. Shari

Guest guest
it's like a lettuce green. Looks a bit like a dandelion green. Slight tangy - bitter taste. I like it but in small doses. Might be hard to find this time of year. More abundant in health food stores in Spring and Summer. I grew my own this year. Louise rawfood , potato wrote: > > What is arugula? Is it veg or fruit?
