I have been studying raw foods for a number of years and am a certified raw chef and health coach. I also studied and managed at Creative Health Institute in Michigan for 7 months as well as designed Angel's Health Food Institute in Central Point, OR. I now live in Eugene, OR and have my own little grassroots raw foods company, making food and educating others on the benefits of this MOST AMAZING lifestyle!
