Guest guest
Hey everybody, I've recently found a powerful ally in keeping on track with my raw diet and avoiding becoming too hungry late in the day: qigong. I've been doing qigong exercises at home every day, and I'm really noticing that my energy is much more even and I don't get hungry, even in the evening. I can eat 3 raw food meals a day now without wanting more stuff in the evening. This is something that wasn't really helped all that much by daily workouts, walking, 5 rites, etc. If you go to www.falundafa.org (no, I'm not into the religion, but the exercises are excellent) there are great online videos of qigong there that are clear and easy to follow. There are also some good free online videos at cloudwater.com.
