Guest guest
I've been organizing my Before and During pictures onto one page and I finally have it current! http://.reallyrawfood.com/rogues-gallery/ Some of them are pretty scary so make sure no small children are in the room. Shield the pregnant women, too. Their offspring might be " marked. " Tommie http://reallyrawfood.com

Guest guest
At least a couple of you figured out how to get there even though I posted a bad link! Thanks for your comments! The more important thing than how I look is that I feel so good! Guest guest
I think that is the most incredible piece. I started this way of eating last March and somewhere along the way about a week before Thanksgiving I fell off the wagon and for the most part since then I have not gone back to eating raw and I feel lousy, plain and simple.I'm not sure why this process started because as many times over these months that I was questioned about the diet and how I could stay on it and people exclaimed how good I looked ,I told each and every one of them that they had to experience feeling this good and that is what kept me compliant so to speak... I went on to say that there were times when I hoped that people would not think I was taking some sort of drug and doubting that my overall weight loss and energy level was *just eating raw*. I felt (indeed past tense) amazing and even my mental health and outlook on life was more optimistic than I think it ever was . I have never been a depressed sort but I had the carefree positive attitude of a teenager (I am 52). Long story short is that in these last few months I have discovered health and well being that I never thought possible (even my Dr during a yearly check up) said that I was her " hero " . My blood-work was much improved,I'd lost 31 pounds and she asked if I could stay and speak to patients for her... and now I need to get back. What I need to find is some easy and tasty recipes for one person to make ahead so I can grab and eat when I come home from work. That is my biggest issue overall...I need to have some variety without a lot of fuss in the evenings. I am starving when I come home. So if any of you can throw me your favorite recipes/ideas I sure would appreciate it . I am ready to feel great again. Funny isn't it how quickly the SAD diet can turn all that around??? And for the most part we all ate that way for all these years! Thank you all for listening to the rantings of the **fallen one** On Dec 3, 2006, at 7:55 AM, Tommie wrote: > The more important thing > than how I look is that I feel so good! Guest guest
I do feel _so good_ Tiff! As for the fuyus, I usually eat the skin unless it's really tough. Guest guest
Judy, it isn't hard to stick with it when you love what you eat and eat what you love. There was only one bump in the road and it was a big one but I learned from it. That's what's important. If you don't learn from your mistakes, it's time wasted. I don't know about gorgeous but I do look better! And I feel 1000% better--if not more! And if I can do it, anyone can do it. Guest guest
Welcome! I know there are lots of people who wouldn't have the patience to go through my whole blog (though there are a few brave souls who are beginning at the beginning and reading it all) to see the pictures. Having them in one place simplifies the process. Tommie http://reallyrawfood.com rawfood , laceapmom wrote: > > I loved your raw gallery! What an inspiration! Guest guest
I never thought of myself as brave and fearless but I guess it takes a certain amount of something to put it out there for " the whole world to see. " If I had any sense, I'm sure it would be kind of scary. However...people do wonder about my mental condition. Everyone should have at least a history in pictures. One day, everyone who is successful at staying on raw will have a point where they will either be glad they have pictures or wish they did. It just so happened that I copied my daughter and her husband when I set up my blog. We have them to thank (?) for that. Guest guest
Jane, get back up on the wagon. There's plenty of room! I fell off of it once in the past almost year and a half and that one meal cured me! People keep watching for me to go back to eating cooked but I have no desire whatsoever. It's gross and it makes me feel bad. Two really good reasons to stay raw. Tommie http://reallyrawfood.com rawfood , Jane Edenfield <boxers1 wrote: > > I think that is the most incredible piece.
