Folks, I will once again remind you that there are more than a cookbook worth of recipes in the files at the list website rawfood/files look for food preparation... and follow from there for the recipes.. yes, they are buried, but that is just because there is so much information of interest regarding raw food preparation... once you get into the recipes, there are so many layers, just like a good cookbook, simply because there are just so many possible things you can do (and I just bought my first jicama, so I expect I will have some other recipes for you soon... I don't know what this thing will do, but I intend to find out this week!) Please do avail yourself of the mountains of information in the files... to date, they cover the list posts (and information referred to in them) from the beginning of the list through late 2003, and then pick up in 2006 (I am still working on the archives, and should have them finished by the end of the year, so that they will have a good record of what has been discussed since the inception of the list, through today.
