circulon cookware

Hi, I am so happy you all are here.

 

I have a non-raw question. My Dad asked me if " circulon cookware " is

safe. I could not find any info online. He wants to buy a piece of

cookware and it is expensive. He does not want to invest in it, if it

will hurt his health. Thought I would bring the question to all you

Well from what I understand any teflon surface is really safe. No aluminum, I

have heard varying discussions regarding stainless steel. There are only 4

surfaces I have heard a resounding agreement, iron (as in old fashioned

skillet), stoneware (Pampered Chef),copper and glass.

The information I have is that teflon is unsafe is you are

heating it. Theoretically we are not heating anything here, so,

then, teflon would be safe. I never liked teflon after I saw pans

where the teflon had peeled off (was it eaten? where did it go?)

 

the only teflon I have is my teflex dehydrator sheets.
