Guest guest
Helloooo to everyone! I am in my fourth day of being raw and I would like to know what kind of withdrawls I may encounter. I have experienced itchy skin big time and itty bitty bumps almost everywhere and have had at least one to three headaches a day. This is more than I experience in five years! On the up side..I feel GREAT! Everything is better from my reasoning to being able to read without pulling down my glasses down or moving the book down father. I love the fact of NOT cooking. I took to this so naturally that I know now that I have been working up to this for several years. I move easier, my skin is postively glowing and I have pretty much forgotten about how I got here (going Raw) which was to lose weight. Matter of fact, I step on the scale today and discovered that I had lost five pounds and I ate raw as I pleased. Yes, five pounds in four days (I started this past Tuesday). Needless to say I am well pleased. But please tell me what else I may encounter so I can be prepared. (I am that type of person!) I do know that I decided to have an alcohol drink which I have not did in two weeks and it tasted awful. I just sipped it. I have enjoyed alcohol for over 25 years. Yuck. I thank and send blessing to everyone in this group. If not for you there would be no me in here. Thank you. Sarii
Guest guest
How wonderful for you! Many Blessings and welcome, Sarii! You may experience cravings for your old foods and drugs. This is normal. Prayer and meditation, exercise and yoga (or other energy increasing modalities)are imperative. Emotional detox is also something you are likely to encounter... or rather you may find that your feelings are no longer obscured and there is nothing to dull them, therefore you may find yourself faced with learning to live with not only vivid vision and glowing skin, but also vivid/glowing/clear thoughts, emotions, and dreams. You are other than alone on this path. May Peace Be With You. Let me know how I may be of service.
