Guest guest
Which corn cracker recipe do you use. Theresa \o/
Guest guest
None, I have not liked one recipe I've tried. They taste like stale, dried corn. Corn is not an optimal raw food to start with, too much sugar and too hybrid. And at this time of year you will only find frozen corn (at least where I live) and it's been blanched hence it is not raw. Shari
Guest guest
There are several corn cracker/chip recipes in the recipe section of the list website. My personal favorite is the Corn Chips III. I make it up once or twice a month. Guest guest
Hi, Theresa! If you are trying to lose weight, take it easy on the corn. It can slow weight loss. Cows are fed corn to make them gain. I don't think we are _that_ much different! Take care and good luck! Guest guest
I can understand how you feel. Broaden your horizons, though, and don't base your choices on just a few selections. Fresh corn in season is good but the " crackers " or " chips " that I've made can taste really nasty. Corn doesn't hold up well unless it's cooked. The enzymes have to be killed or it will develop an " off " taste. I think Shari was saying pretty much the same thing. There's nothing better than perfectly ripe, fresh fruit! Guest guest
I'm with Tommie, my corn crackers and/or chips have always tasted nasty. Shari
