Greetings All;

 

My name is Athene and I strongly believe that a Vegan Raw Food diet is

the way to go. I have tried it and my health improved drastically.

Problem is that it is difficult to do without support and advice,

especially when all but my husband are non-supportive of it. I am

currently transitioning into raw food once again... sigh.

 

Fortunately, this time my husband and roommate are looking to

transition to a raw food lifestyle as well... so at least everyone in

my house is up for it.

 

I joined this group so that I can have a place for support, advice and

ideas... and maybe help others with my own experiences and ideas.

Yea! Athene! Way to go! That's great that the rest of your household

is seeing the light! I had it easy because it was just me and my cat

and my cat doesn't care what I eat as long as I don't feed her the

same way--though she does like celery!
