And what would be good to dip besides bananas and strawberries? What kind of cherries and should they be pitted? What else? Cheers, Cowgirl Hi Cowgirl, You could add a pinch of Celtic salt, as salt brings out the flavor of cacao, and is always a good secondary counterpoint in something sweet. Are you planning to freeze the fruits that you dip before serving them? If you freeze them and then serve them immediately from the freezer, the coating will be hard and crunchy. (The coating will freeze up in a matter of minutes, because of the coconut oil.) Nice! I have another recipe for chocolate candy in my Little e-Book of Raw Thanksgiving Recipes (which are great throughout the holiday season). Guest guest
Speaking of chocolate sauces.. is there a recipe for chocolate that can freeze into a chocolate bar? I have seen some options but they all involve coconut oil and Ive used it before and it melts way too fast in chocolate. vegwriter wrote: In a message dated 12/18/2006 1:25:13 P.M.
