Oh! Thank you!! LOL

yesterday I tried making fudge and it was the nastiest thing ever. It didnt even

hold together and was so oily. I was disgusted by the taste too because I used

carob instead of cocoa. Im not using carob for chocolate no more.

Blondy, I don't use chocolate, cacao, and very rarely use carob. I

have a lifetime supply of the last one. :-) I learned there is little

to no use to try to recreate the cooked foods we once enjoyed. For

the most part, it doesn't work. It can be expensive, too. If you must

try something, make a fraction of a recipe first to cut down on the

volume of compost and the hit to the bank account.

Thank you for the tip Tommie!

I have to make chocolate LOL. Sometimes I crave it and I rather have raw then

store bought. I once made RP's Brownies with icing and I was in heaven! Even my

spouse who isn't raw liked it!

I love cocoa powder. Its very chocolatey. The only thing I dis like it using

coconut oil. I dont care if its good for you. At 14g of fat for 1 tbs, I rather

substitue with something else.
