Do you take pictures of your progress

Good morning everyone,

For those who keep track of their progress during there transition to 100% raw

does anyone take pictures? I thought about taking a before picture at the

beginning of this year and maybe take one at the end of the year to see really

how much my body has changed and to see how health I look, that I might not

other wise notice too much by looking in a mirror alone.

Do you all share your pictures?

Thanks

Jenny

Yep! I started taking pictures a month after I went raw and then

monthly for awhile. I've cut it to every six months now. I have some

to post from Christmas Eve (18 months raw) that I haven't gotten

around to yet. You can check out my before and during page on my

blog. (The address is under my name.)

Hello Tommie. . .just went through your website and read some of your journals

and your pics. What an awesome accomplishment! I am just starting out and was

so glad to read about someone my age - 62 - and seeing how great you look now!

How tall are you??? and how much weight did you lose?

Thanks for the website and the encouraging information!

Hi, Julie, and Happy New Year! I'm 5'3 " tall and I've lost 70+

pounds. I was afraid to weigh at my heaviest so it's actually more

than that. I probably got close to, if not over, 200 pounds. This

morning, I am 117.

My blog was a happy accident. I was actually copying my daughter and

son-in-law. Their raw experience lasted for a little over a month.

I've been at it for more than a year and a half and have no plans to

go back. I update daily now, even if it's just a paragraph or two.

That's the exception rather than the rule, though.

What are your stats? How tall? How much weight to lose? You never get

too old to change!

Good luck!

Hi Tommie!

Started raw Nov. 7 at 184 and have lost about 17 pounds.

I'm 5'2 " (and 1/2) Ha! Want to be exactly where you are today at about 117.

That is exactly 50 pounds to go! I have no doubt I can do this!

Started the raw food boot camp today and think it is where I need to be! Will

keep up with all of you and update you on my progress!

Let's all be really determined to get healthy and stay healthy!

I love testimonies like yours, Tommie because it gives me great hope! Thanks. .

Tommie, List,

I went to your website. Very impressive! I just wandered upon raw info

recently and everything I have read points leads me to know that it is for me.

I am very confused though. I have ordered Frederick's program. It should

be here soon. I see that banana's is a basic in a LOT of recipes. That's

great! I love bananas! But can you get too much potassium that is abundant in

bananas?? ... And in oranges?? I take many medications (which I hope to get

off of most if not all). One is Zestoretic. Does anyone take that? Would

all that potassium have an effect on that medication?? I can't discuss this

with my doctor. He would NOT approve of such a diet but I intend to do it

because I DO believe that it is the only way that I can lose 200 lbs and get

off this medicine. I am also not in the position to change doctors either.

I am greatly overwhelmed (to say the least) with all the info and don't know

where to start. I have jumped from one site to the other and need a

" starting point "

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

~Lynn

effort from you IF you stay raw! Honestly, I've had to make sure I

get enough to eat after years of trying to " cut back " .
