Mark,

Thank you for the quick response. It is exactly what I was looking

for. No sales pitch, no quick fix miracle food, just good solid

information from someone who has gone where I want to head. I truely

appreciate it.

 

I am headed directly to www.ravediet.com from here to purchase the

book and DVD then on to the other sources you listed.

 

You seem to be a voice of reason in an area with lot of Hype. It is

also helpful to know that others in my age group have been able to

make the transition from the SAD succesfully.

Ravediet does cost money no? It seems quite interesting, and indeed, may

very well be the way for you. Many people transitioning to raw need

different avenues and this one seems very workable. Good luck. Blissed be,
