Guest guest
This is in response to DD Silver- There are many good recipes for raw food out there. I really like the fromrawtosad.com website. The fettucine alfredo is one of my favorites. But there are many favorites. I know that there are a few components to weight loss, those being proper nutrition, controling your glycemic load so that you don't crave sugar all day, and exercise. Try to find something to become passionate about other than food and it may help keep your mind off of it. Not every doctor is terrible, but I do agree that most are closed minded to anything alternative. My husband has been raw for 4 years and I have not been able to stay satisfied on raw. I do eat a large amount of raw food though. I personally wish there were lots of things told to us when we were 18 yrs old. There are so many AH HA moments that make me fell " Why didn't I know this sooner. " There are also many people -My family especially who refuse to believe alternative methods work. My biggest frustration is when loved ones are led to the right product/ choice/ solution and they refuse to change. Not everyone wants to change, and unfortunately, some are unwilling to change. I suggest that you try to find a therapist or online support to help you as well. Many unresolved issues related to anger, stress, anxiety can help manifest disease's. This is a good support group. There are tons of raw recipes and raw can only help you. Christina Bieber Want to RESET your life? Lose the cravings. Lose the pounds. Find the new you.
