Guest guest Posted January 8, 2007 Report Share Posted January 8, 2007 I never do. I always have at least 4 pieces of fruit a day and also greens and nuts and etc. My diet is pretty mixed. I think you should have balanced but there is nothing wrong with eating lots of fruit.
