How much fruit to eat? (WAS: Candida questions)

Just for perspective, I consume several dozen pieces of fruit on most days.

Not a blood-sugar problem in the house!

I always have at least 4 pieces of fruit a day and also greens and nuts and

etc. My diet is pretty mixed. I think you should have balanced but there is

nothing wrong with eating lots of fruit. Its good for you.

Fruit is fine if you are not trying to follow a low candida diet. That is what

the question was regarding.

A high-fruit, low-fat diet is the solution to candida, diabetes,

" blood-sugar problems " in general. The permanent, never-look-back solution.

If I comprehend correctly, THAT is the point, is it not?
