80/10/10 Diet (was newbie intro and cry for help)

It's Doug Graham's raw diet composed of sweet fruits, non-sweet

fruits/veggies/greens, and optional/occasional nuts/seeds, with the

percentages of total calories being 80% min. carbs, 10% max. protein,

10% max. fat. You can go to nutridiary or fitday and see how your
