ACCOUNTING MANAGER (OPEN) IMMEDIATE

Spiritual Commitment: 1-2 Years

$1800/ Month

* BA/ BS in accounting with 5 years progressive work experience

including supervising skills (significant work experience may

substitute for an accounting degree).

* Self Starter able to work independently

* Knowledge & experience in researching accounting problems &

providing solutions.

* Exposure to analytical projects and traditional accounting

activities such as financial reporting and auditing

* Strong computer skills, including accounting software, Excel, Word

etc. Quickbooks a plus

* Strong focus on detail, accuracy and organization

* Ability to collaborate with others and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

* Supervising day-to-day activities of bookkeeper

* Interfacing with retail store and dispensary regarding POS and

inventory control.

* Interfacing with reservations, spa and medical bookings

* Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

* Cash Forecasting

* Accurate and timely reporting of financial information

* Sales Tax Reporting

* Payroll

* Insurance Matters

* Managing cash flow
