Guest guest
I live in a cold climate place (Canada), and want to have more raw food in my diet, but I feel I would miss the warmth of hot soup, for example. How do I get around this need for heat-comfort in my diet? Do you heat any food? Thanks, Julian
Guest guest
I do in a way. I heat veg broth and pour it over veg in my vita mix. also I have eaten somethings right out of the food dryer. Maybe other will have something else to say. I'm new at doing this so still learning. Theresa \o/
