Guest guest
Hi Julian, Yes, many RFs heat a soup, for example, just slightly. If you stir with your hand, you'll never overheat it (heat it to the point where there is much nutrient damage). Jacuzzi temperature is a good guideline. You might consider eating fruits most of the day, then a warmed soup with a salad in the evening. Elchanan _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of Julian Wednesday, January 17, 2007 6:14 PM rawfood [Raw Food] VERY new to raw food diets I live in a cold climate place (Canada), and want to have more raw food in my diet, but I feel I would miss the warmth of hot soup, for example. How do I get around this need for heat-comfort in my diet? Do you heat any food? Thanks, Julian <http://geo./serv?s=97359714/grpId=5520395/grpspId=1705015482/msgId =27170/stime=1169122661/nc1=3848429/nc2=4025369/nc3=3>
Guest guest
Hello Elchanan, I red that eating a lot of fruit can take out of your body the essentials minerals. And not too much acids fruits (oranges...) because of the acidity on the teeth and not on the body because they act as an alkaline product. So basically not too much fruit and no more than two acids fruits a day. What do you think of this argument ? Alix.
