Hi everyone,

Does anyone here work out a lot or have a job where you do a lot of " heavy

work " ? We live on a farm and over half the day I'm doing strenous work. Then

I'm chasing kids, doing occ and physical therapy for our two special needs kids

(which is more involved than it sounds). I'm wondering how much extra protein

and fat I really need to keep going strong. When I don't get much of either I

get lightheaded and weak when working hard. The trouble is, I can't figure out

how to get enough from just fruits, veggies, grains, and nuts/seeds. I'd like

to go totally raw, but I need to figure out this part. Any suggestions are

welcome!

I would start your day with a smoothie or a chocolate shake and add 2-3 banana's

because those give me lots of energy!
