Guest guest
Hi all, Most people change in many ways as they pursue a RF lifestyle consistently over time. What intrigues me is the biases people seem to carry around. For example: - If you are interested in spirituality, then you talk about how people become more spiritual (as if anyone could actually measure such a thing). - If you are interested in sunshine, then you notice how people are more at ease in the sun. (Now that one we CAN measure, to an extent.) - If you are interested in blood pressure, then you notice that people's blood pressure routinely declines. (Again, CAN measure, quite accurately.) And so on. In other words, we all tend to go a myriad of changes, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, intrapersonal, and so forth. And I sense that most of us know this is so, requiring no " evidence " of any kind other than our own observations of ourselves and others. And 99.99% of us did not go to any special place to accomplish all these things ... we remained at home!!! So I just don't comprehend all this singing the praises of one program, particularly a program whose graduates, by and large, have great difficulty staying raw over time. Just one opinion, and nothing more! Best, Elchanan _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of Shawna Stursa Tuesday, January 30, 2007 8:01 PM rawfood Re: [Raw Food] Re: Leaving Group Hi Donna, and All! So, like, one of the MA in Spiritual Vegan Live-Food Nutrition students did a rather large survey on rawfooders (2yrs plus and 80% or more raw) for her thesis project. The study showed that a significant number of people become more spiritually inclined after removing the fire from the food prep! (Rawfood authors had been saying this all along.) Contact the Tree for the exact details. But, yes, it is rather irregardless. <http://geo./serv?s=97359714/grpId=5520395/grpspId=1705015482/msgId =27438/stime=1170212525/nc1=4299912/nc2=4025377/nc3=3>
