Guest guest
Here be teaching Raw Food Classes this month. February is National Heart Month and so all the classes will be about Heart Healthy Food The heart occupies a special place in our lives. It's the pump that sustains our physical body. But it's also regarded as the core of our being — to some, even the center of the soul. The heart is there, every day, 24/7, relentlessly pumping gallons and gallons of blood, anticipating your every need, responding without hesitation to the changes you demand of it. Kicking back and taking it easy? Your heart scales back, too, pumping just a few liters a minute. Hop on the treadmill or hike up the stairs, though, and your heart pours it on, cranking out 10 to 15 liters of blood a minute. The heart never takes a break. It knows no holiday. But are we returning the favor? Are we being kind to and supportive of this good and faithful friend? Are we cherishing it with the reverence it deserves? Give your heart the cherishing it deserves by learning some tasty treats.
